Our Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order.

Because our coffee is perishable and roasted to order, we’re unable to accept returns on coffee products.

For merchandise and other non-perishable items, you can return these within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If so, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note it can take a few days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Sale items

Items purchased as part of a sale or offer are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are faulty or damaged. If you need to arrange this, please email us at info@gingerelephantcoffee.co.uk with details of the issue.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

If an exchange is agreed, any additional shipping costs for sending the replacement item will be payable prior to dispatch.

Gifts

If your item was purchased as a gift and sent directly to you, we can offer a gift credit once the returned item has been received.

If the order was placed by someone else and sent to them first, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
